1. Go to Sound Scheme Optimization Window
You can access the Optimization Window with ease, though you can do it in several ways. For example you can go to Desktop, where you should right click on any blank space you want. Select “Personalize” and the choose “Sounds”.
Also you can open Sound Scheme Optimization Window by using Control Panel (go to your Start Screen press “Win +R” and type “control”) from where you need to select “Appearance and Personalization” followed by “Change sounds effects”.
