    3. Restore your system to a previous point

  • Right-click the Start menu and select Run.
  • Type rstrui in Run’s Open text box and click OK to open the System Restore window.
  • Select the Choose a different restore point option as an alternative to the recommended restore.
  • Click the Next button to open the list of restore points.
