In cmd type chdir desktop and press Enter (this will change the default cmd directory).

Enter expand.exe atikmdag.sy_ atikmdag.sys and press Enter.

Copy the atikmdag.sys file from your desktop and place it to C:WindowsSystem32Drivers

Restart your Windows 10 system in the end.

Note: If you are using an NVIDIA or Intel display driver the issue will be slightly different because the error code is named nvlddmkm.sys or igdkmd64.sys but the solutions from above should help you fix them.
